How long do orders take to ship?
Orders typically take 14–21 days to ship. Each product is made to order to ensure quality and attention to detail.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the destination and best available rates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically. If you don’t see it within a few days of your order shipping, check your spam folder or contact us at support@theemeraldstagco.com.
What printing method do you use for shirts?
We use Direct to Garment (DTG) printing for rich color, durability, and a soft feel that doesn’t crack or peel.
How do I choose the right size?
Each listing includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your favorite shirt and comparing it to the chart for the best fit.
How should I care for my apparel?
Follow the care instructions found on the tag of your product for best results. Typically, cold wash and tumble dry low is recommended.
How long do Freshies and Diffusers last?
Freshies last up to 2 months depending on temperature and use. Diffusers last around 6 weeks when used as directed.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
Not at this time, but we’re actively working on setting up a verified discount program for military and first responders. Check back soon!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major digital payment options, including credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because most items are made to order, we accept returns and exchanges only for defects or printing errors. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue so we can make it right.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes, we do! We offer a variety of custom products and bulk options. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm pricing, design setup, and delivery timelines for large or custom orders.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — we offer digital gift cards delivered instantly via email. They’re perfect for birthdays, holidays, or anyone who loves handmade goods.
Taxes, duties, and fees
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT, which are the customer’s responsibility.
